Please note: In some very rare cases, international shipping delivery time may take up to 3 - 4 weeks. Customers are responsible for any customs taxes once the package reaches the final destination country.

Important: Hypnaughty is not responsible for any lost packages once they leave our warehouse and for incorrectly provided shipping address.

If your package is unclaimed and gets returned to us or you decide to return the package, you are eligible for a partial refund. A 20% restocking fee of the order value but no less than $5.00 will be charged.

Some countries, especially in the Middle East, do not provide a tracking number for first class mail packages.

If you are unable to locate your package, please call USPS for further assistance, as we are unable to assist you on this matter.

You will automatically receive an email confirmation when we receive your order. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have a registered account with us, you will also be able to track your package in your account page.

For us, our customers are top priority! We want you to love and enjoy your eyelashes and liquid matte lipsticks to the very maximum! If you are not a 100% satisfied with the style or shade you have chosen, we would be more than happy to exchange your purchase with another product which suits your needs. Hypnaughty LLC offers you a 30 day exchange policy from the day of receiving your products. We do not accept an exchange after the 30 day period policy.

All exchanged items must be received back to us in its original packaging and must not be opened or used.

Should you request to cancel your order, you must notify us via email within one hour of placing the order. No exceptions made.

All cancelled orders are subject to restocking fees which is 20% of the order value but no less than $5.00.

Important: Do not apply mascara to you Mink and 3D Silk lashes. If you wish to apply mascara, you can do this step to your natural lashes prior to applying your falsies!

1. Very carefully remove the eyelashes from the lash tray. We suggest you always begin from the outer side. You can carefully remove the eyelashes either with your hands or using tweezers.

2. Before you measure the eyelashes, we recommend that you trim the sticking out band from both sides to avoid the eyelashes poking the inner corner.

3. Measure the eyelashes and trim. Look downwards at a mirror and position the eyelashes at your natural lash line. The width of the eyelashes should be as your natural lash line. Always trim from the outer side of the eyelashes.

4. After trimming your Hypnaughty lashes, apply a thin even layer of eyelash adhesive to the cotton band. Allow a few seconds for the glue to get tacky and look downwards at a mirror again. Place the eyelashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. You can apply the eyelashes with a pair of tweezers or with your hands. Allow a few seconds for the glue to get completely dry and you're done!

Once you have removed your eyelashes it's time to clean them to assure a beautiful next application. Use a Q-tip and non alcohol makeup remover to dissolve the glue. Very gently peel off any glue residue from the cotton band. Be extra careful not to rip the eyelashes. Do not soak the eyelashes in water. Place your Hypnaughty lashes back to the original box. This will ensure the eyelashes stay clean and retain their shape.
